Investigations / Loss Adjusting / Surveying:

We offer a full service inclusive of site or accident scene inspections, detailed investigations into the cause of the loss, mediation between all relevant parties and salvage handling to mitigate the claim.

Polygraph Testing

Our in house Forensic Psychophysiologist is trained through the American International Institute of Polygraph and a member of both the American Polygraph Association and South African Professional Polygraph Association. Specifically used to assist in investigations where fraudulent claims are suspected.

Pre-Shipment Surveys

This service is a pre-requisite on a number of Marine Insurance policies where secondhand vehicles, motorcycles and specific mechanical equipment are destined for export abroad. A complete survey is conducted with a detailed report presented for Insurance purposes.

Salvage Handling

Whilst this is part and parcel of our service offered in Investigations, Loss Adjusting and Surveying, we also offer this service to assist Insurers where claims are handled without appointment of a Loss Adjuster. Through our network of salvage agents we are able to assist Insurers in mitigating their claims.

Risk Surveys

Specific to Warehouses where expensive stock is stored or where a Stockthroughput policy is in place, we are able to offer a complete service inclusive of threat analysis covering overall security, fire and flooding.

Police Clearance Certificates

We are a contracted service provider to NeVeTec Police Clearance, supplying police clearance certificates to the private and public sectors within 96 hours.

Area of Cover:

Based in the Cape Peninsula, our area of service extends within the Western, Southern and parts of the Northern Cape. We are however prepared to travel within the boundaries of South Africa where need be at an agreed rate with Insurers.
